Law Costs Draftsperson Required

For busy West Midlands based firm. The position will require the successful candidate to undertake all forms of Children's, Care and Matrimonial Costs Drafting. From Legal Help to Family Graduated Fixed Fee scheme to Detailed Assessments.

The Successful candidate may also be asked to undertake some forms of Private Client billing and some criminal billing, for which training will be given if required.

A working knowledge of Opsis Millennium is preferred but not essential.
You must have a good working knowledge of the Legal Services Commission Civil Bills Assessment Manual and the Civil Unified Contract Standard Terms.

Salary and benefits negotiable dependant on experience and knowledge.
