Criminal and Family Billing Questions

This Topic has been started to hel pusers who have any questions not directly related to the use of the Opsis Accounts Program, but for any questions that you have in respect of billing criminal and family Legal Aid matters. any queries in respect of category of case, case types, end points and any gripes you may wish to air in respect of the LSC, quite sometimes, overcomplex billing procedures and red tape. If anyone wants to kick this off please feel free and any questions raised, if i can help i will.
from my experience there is a particular lack of help about for costs draftpersons and account cashiers and pretty much everything we know is self taught or trained by smeone who was self taught. questions realating to billing arise pretty much everyday and a forum like this is here to help and bounce suggestions off each other.
