“forum.OpsisLtd.info” does not constitute any formal part of the support agreement, meaning that although OPSIS takes an active interest in forum content and may respond to posts in the forum, such responses do not act in any way as resolution to problems encountered with OPSIS products. OPSIS provides no guarantee of replies, or response times to any posts or topics raised in relation to OPSIS products since its priority is handling calls logged through the proper OPSIS Support channels.
